Technology constantly develops at a fast pace while being fundamental to delivering teaching and learning, as well as all supporting services, but there is room for improvement in how HEIs adapt to keep on top of evolving markets

The session will explore both current challenges and opportunities to improve how institutions can embolden their IT teams to have the dynamism to deliver, under the following three topics:
  1. Can continuous supplier engagement assist HEIs in market intelligence and innovation?
  2. What additional value can HEIs receive through longer-term contracts with IT providers?
  3. How can the sector overcome internal challenges to improve their tech services at the pace required?
