James is the Director of Learning & Information Services at the University of Central Lancashire (UCLan). He joined UCLan from the private sector in 2008 after several years in IT Service Delivery. James was appointed Director in 2017 and is now responsible for the University’s library, IT, and technical support services. He also leads the ongoing development and delivery of the University’s Enabling Strategy for Information & Technology.
