Kate Ferguson-Best

Kate heads up the IT commercial management at Kingston university.  Kate has responsibility for three key areas of the IT function which includes contract management, financial management and supplier relationship management. Kate is an experienced IT commercial manager with in-depth experience of procurement, supplier relationship management (SRM), vendor management and cost management in the corporate environment.  Kate joined the HE sector within the last 2 years and brings her experience in both the private and public sector to the conversation.  A demonstrated history of working in the information systems industry and outsourced environments.
